Steve Rosenblum, Founder and Principal
Steve Rosenblum brings 14 years of technology expertise in sales and leadership roles. Prior to founding SER, Mr. Rosenblum spent a number of years in sales and management at world class technology companies such as Oracle and SAP. He spearheaded development and success of the utility and telecommunications verticals. In addition, he was responsible for significant revenue production and building out the cross industry practice at Lawson Software. Mr. Rosenblum spent 5 years in the human resource and payroll software industry at ADP. During his tenure at ADP, he set numerous revenue records and achievements.
A distinctive career has paved the way to an extensive track record of success,and visionary acumen as well as created an unmatched network of senior level executives throughout the technology industry, including a number of Venture Capital firms.
Mr. Rosenblum holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and a Minor in Economics from Pennsylvania State University.
Jeremy P. Coote, Advisor
Jeremy P. Coote is president of Chordiant Software Inc.'s Americas Operations. In this capacity, he is responsible for Chordiant Americas - including all field, customer, services and selling operations.
Before joining Chordiant, he served as vice president and general manager of North American Operations for Siebel Systems Inc. with responsibility for sales operations and a focus on driving Siebel's growth in North America.
Prior to joining Siebel, Mr. Coote was a key figure at SAP America, Inc. During his 10 years at SAP, from 1988 to 1998, Mr. Coote held several key executive roles, including company president and executive vice president. In addition to spearheading a sales and professional services organization of more than 4,000 people, Mr. Coote was actively involved with many SAP customers, ensuring satisfaction and success. He helped lead SAP during its rapid expansion - from inception in North America to $2 billion, and helping build SAP's 5,000-plus customer base.
Mr. Coote previously worked for Telex Computer products where he held various positions in Boston, Mass.; Frankfurt, Germany; and Neuchatel, Switzerland.

Reagan Lancaster, Advisor
Reagan Lancaster brings a distinguished 15-year track record of management and sales leadership experience to his founding role and position as CEO of Titan Ventures.
Prior to forming Titan, Mr. Lancaster was president of worldwide operations for i2 Technologies, with responsibility for all of i2's revenues and more than half of its global employee population. He was also a member of the company's executive committee.
Under Mr. Lancaster's direction, i2 experienced record sales every quarter from when he joined the company in March 1995, and Sales & Marketing Management Magazine named the sales force for which he was responsible one of America's Best Sales Forces in 1999 and 2000. He joined i2 as vice president, Western Region Sales, and later assumed leadership of U.S., North American and Worldwide Sales.
Mr. Lancaster is one of the dynamic young leaders helping to shape the information technology industry. During his career, he has experienced four of the major shifts in business computing. In his first sales job at Wang, he capitalized on the shift from mainframe to network computing. At Oracle, he leveraged the shift to relational database technology and distinguished himself as Oracle's number one worldwide sales producer. As vice president of sales for Trilogy Development, he built a high-performance sales team to capitalize on client-server technology, and at i2, he led the charge in defining the new rules for e-business transformation. Mr. Lancaster is a Texas native and attended the University of North Texas.

Suzanne Harris, Advisor
Suzanne Harris is the director of marketing for Keane Tracers Service Corporation. Prior to Keane, Ms. Harris was the vice president of interactive marketing at Voveo Marketing Group where she developed marketing programs for high-profile clients including SAP, Sun Microsystems, and Yantra Corporation.
Prior to Voveo, Ms. Harris was the vice president of marketing for eCal Corporation. At eCal, she directed a global marketing strategy that repositioned eCal from an application service provider to a software company.
Before joining eCal, Ms. Harris executed successful marketing programs in the business to consumer e-commerce space at Cruise411.com. As vice president of marketing and business development at Cruise411.com, she built a successful marketing plan that generated over $25 million in e-commerce revenues through online bookings, strategic partnerships and referral programs.
Ms. Harris entered the technology sector as director of marketing and audience development for Verticalnet, Inc., a leading business-to-business e-commerce enabler, providing end-to-end e-commerce solutions. At Verticalnet, she drove buyer and supplier acquisition efforts for Verticalnet's 50+ industry specific marketplaces. She was also involved in Verticalnet's early stages of repositioning as a software company/solution provider.
Before joining Verticalnet, Ms. Harris worked for Rodale, Inc., the world's leading health and fitness publisher in promotions, circulation, merchandising, and account management positions.
Ms. Harris holds a Bachelor's degree in Professional Writing and Marketing from Gannon University and a Master's degree in Advertising from Syracuse University's S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications.
